Job summary

Five Below seeks a proactive store leader to ensure top-notch customer service and smooth store operations. You will oversee crew duties, train staff on the best service practices, and manage stock receiving to keep shelves ready for customers.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience and strong communication. A flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts may apply; potential travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew wow the customer through personal contact.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly checkout for guests.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates, ensuring duties are performed and customer service is excellent.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast stocking on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations and staff.
