Job summary

Five Below is hiring in Mission, TX for an hourly Store Manager on Duty role. You will coach crew on the BEST customer service, supervise daily activities, assist with stock, and ensure smooth opening/closing with cash handling. On-site collaboration with leadership drives sales and maintains a WOW customer experience.

• Open/close procedures including cash handling and security checks.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
