Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership role to ensure excellent customer service and smooth daily operations. You will train staff, oversee store activities, and manage onboarding and ongoing training to improve performance.

The position requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year of management experience, and strong communication skills. Flexibility to work day, evening, weekends, and potential overnight shifts is included.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew members wow the customer with personal contact.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure high service levels.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for quick shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations, staff management, customer service, and urgent issues.
