Five Below in Joliet, IL is seeking an experienced store leadership candidate to oversee daily operations and deliver Wow customer service at the register and on the floor.

You will train crew, manage scheduling, open/close procedures, and drive sales while controlling expenses, partnering with the store leadership team, and ensuring a safe, high-energy shopping experience for guests.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Mansioni

• Wows customers with fast, friendly checkout and great service.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for quick floor availability.
• Act as Manager on Duty for store operations and staff management.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and ensure smooth operations.
• Support onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
