Job summary

Five Below in Bradley, IL is seeking an experienced store supervisor to lead crew members, deliver WOW customer service, and oversee daily operations. You will train staff, manage opening/closing, and partner with leadership to drive sales while controlling costs.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers with personal contact and a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking to keep shelves ready for customers.
• Act as Manager on Duty, overseeing operations, staff and customer issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors and set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising procedures and store recoveries.
• Perform store maintenance such as cleaning and organizing stock areas.
