Job summary

Five Below is seeking a motivated store leader to manage daily operations, train crew, and deliver a WOW customer experience. This hourly position supports opening and closing, cash handling, and supervising associates to ensure efficient service and store standards.

You will optimize merchandising, assist with stock, and respond to issues with calm, clear communication. The role requires flexibility to work day, evening, weekends and occasional overnight shifts, with a focus on safety and cost

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures they perform duties effectively.
