Five Below, Inc. is seeking a capable crew supervisor to deliver WOW customer service on the sales floor and at checkout. You will train crew members, oversee daily store activities, and act as Manager on Duty when needed to keep operations smooth.

This hourly role requires flexibility, the ability to multi-task, and a drive to boost sales through merchandising and service. You will work a varied schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Mansioni

• Ensures crew wow customers through personal contact and training on service excellence.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure staff perform duties effectively.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for quick floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and urgent issues.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance.
• Drive store sales by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
