Five Below is seeking an energetic store management professional to lead crew and ensure a WOW customer experience. This hourly position supports opening/closing, staff supervision, merchandising, and daily operations to drive sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers with personal contact and service.
• Train crew on BAS T customer service expectations.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing store operations and staff.
• Open or close the store with security and procedures in place.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and procedures.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping duties.
