Five Below is hiring for an hourly Management/Store Leader role in Illinois. You will oversee daily operations, train crew, and ensure top-notch customer service while driving sales and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Wowing customers through personal contact
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure service quality
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking items
• Act as Manager on Duty and oversee store operations
• Open or close the store, secure cash, and ensure daily readiness
• Support onboarding and training of associates
• Drive store sales and manage expenses
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and procedures
• Perform store maintenance and cleanliness
