Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager on Duty/leadership role in a fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee daily store operations, guide associates, manage receipts and security, and ensure excellent customer service across the floor.

Responsibilities include training, merchandising, opening/closing procedures, and maintaining a high-energy, customer-first store culture aligned with Five Below standards. Experience in retail management is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• College experience is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew provides WOW customer service with personal interaction.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily store activities and ensures staff perform duties effectively.
