Five Below is seeking a Store Manager on Duty to oversee daily store operations, lead a team of associates, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will train crew on the BEST customer service experience, supervise opening/closing duties, and drive sales while controlling costs.

Responsabilités

• Wows customers through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check-out experience.
• Oversee the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring they perform their duties effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Open or close the store as needed, including securing cash, locking doors, and setting alarms.
• Support onboarding and training of associates on store policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Partner with store leadership in merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and cleanliness tasks.
