Job summary

Five Below is seeking a competent store leadership candidate to supervise crew, maintain smooth daily operations, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will assist with training, merchandising, and stock management while stepping in as Manager on Duty as needed.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, cash handling, and ensuring a safe, welcoming store atmosphere that supports company goals and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Able to work flexible schedule including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew delivers WOW customer experience with fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and assist with staff performance and training.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to ensure items are ready on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling operations and customer issues.
• Open/close responsibilities including cash handling and security checks.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates and merchandising processes.
