Job summary

Total Wine & More in Houston seeks a Supervisor to support store operations and grow our brand through outstanding service. You will lead service teams, coach staff on product knowledge and sales skills, and ensure compliance with alcohol laws while maintaining a safe, welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities include driving sales, supporting training, and resolving customer issues with a team-oriented approach, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ year in a supervisory role within a retail setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead service team and front-end operations to drive sales and KPIs.
• Supervise and train team members, including ongoing development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Ensure adherence to alcohol sale laws and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards and resolve customer issues.
• Support store operations and merchandising to deliver best-in-class service.
