Job summary

Total Wine & More in the United States seeks a dedicated Supervisor to support management in growing our brand and delivering a best-in-class service experience. You will lead the service team, mentor staff, and help maintain a safe, compliant store environment while driving sales and KPI performance.

The role requires 1+ year supervisory retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and familiarity with POS and inventory systems. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail supervisory role.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience in retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store team members and support training and development.
• Drive sales and service culture to deliver best-in-class service.
• Maintain safe and compliant store environment and enforce policies.
• Resolve customer issues by resolving conflicts and coaching peers.
• Support operations including merchandising and front-end activities.
