Job summary

Total Wine & More in Houston is seeking a Supervisor to back the store management team, drive service culture, and deliver best-in-class customer care. This role will guide front-end operations, support training, and help maintain a welcoming, knowledgeable store environment.

You will lead by example, ensure adherence to alcohol laws, and help sustain safety and performance while fostering a team that thrives on customer satisfaction and sales excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations to drive sales and KPIs.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service in-store.
• Supervise team members and assist training and development.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol sale laws and maintain a safe store.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness; perform other duties as assigned.
