Job summary

Total Wine & More Houston is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to support store operations and help build a sales and service culture that delivers best-in-class service for our customers.

You will supervise team members, coach peers, ensure adherence to alcohol regulations, and drive key performance metrics while maintaining a safe, welcoming store environment. Evening and weekend availability required; prior retail supervisory experience preferred to accelerate onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, 1+ year in a supervisory role within a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a team member capacity to support service team, merchandising and front-end operations, drive sales and deliver key performance metrics (KPMs).
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example, fostering a welcoming and knowledgeable store atmosphere, and resolving customer issues.
• Supervise team members and support their training, including ongoing development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
