Job summary

Fine Wines & Spirits of North Texas LLC is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations in Houston, helping build a sales and service culture and ensuring best-in-class service for our customers. You will lead by example and report to the store management team.

You will supervise team members, lead training, and coach peers to improve product knowledge and sales skills, while ensuring compliance with alcohol laws and maintaining a safe, clean store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members and support training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable alcohol sale laws and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
