You will drive sales, assist in recruiting and training, manage payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink, ensure compliance with alcohol laws, and deliver an outstanding customer experience while supporting the Store Manager.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of work experience.
• 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory retail role.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales-focused team.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to lift and perform physical duties as needed.
