Job summary

Total Wine & More seeks a Supervisor to support store operations and build a strong sales and service culture. You will help deliver best-in-class service and bring to life a distinctive world of adult beverages for customers.

As a supervisor, you will lead by example, coach peers, and ensure adherence to alcohol laws while maintaining safety and cleanliness throughout the store. The role reports to the store management team and requires 1–3 years in a supervisory retail role.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in a supervisory role in retail.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations, drive sales and KPIs.
• Lead by example to deliver welcoming, knowledgeable service.
• Supervise and train team members, build product knowledge and sales skills.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol laws and maintain a safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness; perform other duties as assigned.
