Job summary

Total Wine & More in Houston is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations, drive a sales and service culture, and help grow our brand while reporting to the store management team.

You will lead the service team, mentor staff, ensure compliance with alcohol laws, and maintain a safe, clean shopping environment, including evenings and weekends. This role emphasizes customer care, product knowledge, and teamwork within a dynamic retail setting.
