Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking an energetic Supervisor to support store operations, coach staff, and drive a sales and service culture. You will help deliver best-in-class service and ensure a safe, compliant store environment while managing front-end operations and merchandising.

You will report to the store management team, build product knowledge, resolve customer issues, and contribute to KPIs through strong people leadership and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a supervisory role within retail.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver best-in-class service.
• Supervise team members and support training.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol laws and safety standards.
• Support store operations, merchandising, and front-end operations.
• Drive sales and achieve KPIs.
