Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• 2 years of restaurant/service experience and supervisory exposure preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and act in supervisor's absence.
• Assist in hiring and training associates; implement development plans.
• Train front and back of house staff.
• Perform administrative tasks such as banking and scheduling meetings.
• Coach staff using standard processes and evaluations.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and reports.
• Monitor labor and adjust staffing to meet demand.
• Oversee production, service times, yields and quality.
• Ensure sanitation and safe equipment use.
• Ensure FIFO inventory in front and back of house.
• Handle customer complaints to achieve satisfaction.
• Assist with catering and gifting orders in B2B and catering.
