The Honey Baked Ham Company, LLC is seeking a Store Supervisor in Salt Lake City, UT. This full-time role supports all store operations and emphasizes delivering excellent service and quality to customers.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, opening/closing procedures, and ensuring product quality, sanitation, and customer satisfaction. A background in hospitality or retail and supervisory experience are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• 2 years of restaurant or service industry experience desirable and prior supervisory experience recommended.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for catering/orders/deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations as assigned by Manager and assume all operational control in the absence of Manager.
• Assist in hiring and training of all associates and ensure expectations for each position are met; develop staff.
• Train and supervise front- and back-of-house staff.
• Perform administrative functions such as banking and scheduling meetings.
• Coach associates using Huddles, Observation checklists, and Ham Evaluations.
• Execute store opening/closing procedures and daily/weekly reports.
• Monitor labor and adjust staffing based on business needs.
• Monitor production and sales efficiencies, wait times, yields, and product quality.
• Ensure sanitation procedures and proper use of equipment; manage stocking and cleanup duties.
• Ensure FIFO rotation of all products in FOH and BOH.
• Handle complaints to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
• Participate in catering and gifting sales and fulfillment processes.
• Lead merchandising transitions for promotions and holiday setups.
