Job summary

The Honey Baked Ham Company, LLC is seeking a Store Supervisor in Anaheim to lead daily store operations in a full-time, benefits-eligible role. You will assist in hiring, training, and supervising staff across front and back of house, ensure quality and customer satisfaction, and support catering orders and promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• 2 years of restaurant or service industry experience desirable and prior supervisory experience recommended.
• Good understanding of production facility operations; 1-2 years' work experience suggested.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for catering orders/deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations as assigned by Manager and act in their absence.
• Assist in hiring and training associates and develop staff.
• Supervise front and back of house operations.
• Perform administrative tasks such as banking and scheduling meetings.
• Coach associates using established processes and tools.
• Execute store opening/closing procedures and reports.
• Monitor labor and adjust staffing as needed.
• Oversee production and sales efficiency including wait times and quality.
• Ensure sanitation and proper use of equipment; manage stocking and cleanup.
• Handle customer complaints to satisfaction per policy.
• Participate in catering and gifting orders and promotions.
• Lead merchandising transitions and holiday/non-holiday setups.
