Total Wine & More in Texas is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations, drive a service culture, and lead a team in delivering best-in-class experiences for customers seeking adult beverages and more. You’ll report to the store management team and participate in building a knowledgeable, sales-driven environment.

The role emphasizes coaching peers, managing front-end operations, and maintaining compliance with alcohol regulations while promoting safety and a welcoming store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience; 1+ year supervisory in retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations to drive sales and KPIs.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues.
• Supervise and train team members; develop product knowledge and sales skills.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol laws and maintain a safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness across the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
