Total Wine & More in Houston, TX seeks a Supervisor to support store operations, drive sales, and deliver best-in-class service. You will mentor staff, manage front-end duties, and help maintain a welcoming, knowledgeable environment for every guest.

You will lead by example, coaching peers on product knowledge and service standards while ensuring compliance with alcohol regulations and safety protocols. This role requires flexibility to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail experience, 1+ year supervisory role.
• Familiar with POS and inventory software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
