Total Wine & More in the United States is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations and develop a high-performing team focused on sales and service excellence. You will lead by example, coaching staff to deliver best-in-class customer experiences while ensuring compliance and safety across the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, 1+ year in a supervisory role within retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations and help build a sales and service culture.
• Lead by example to deliver best-in-class service and resolve customer issues.
• Supervise team members and support their training and development.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol laws and maintain safe store environment.
• Support front-end operations, merchandising, and drive KPIs.
