Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations, drive service culture, and grow our brand in a fast-paced retail setting. You will report to the store management team and help build a best-in-class shopping experience for customers.

You will supervise and develop staff, ensure legal compliance in alcohol sales, and maintain safety and cleanliness across the store. Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends is required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory retail role.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork-minded skills.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS and inventory management software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Mansioni

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations to drive sales and KPIs.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Supervise and train team members, with ongoing development of product knowledge and sales skills.
