Job summary

Total Wine & More in Austin, TX seeks a dedicated Supervisor to support store operations and cultivate a high-performing sales and service culture. You will lead a team, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will be responsible for coaching peers, resolving customer issues, and driving sales KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ year in a supervisory role within retail.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations.
• Lead by example to deliver best-in-class customer service and create a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Supervise and train team members, including ongoing development of product knowledge and sales skills.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol laws and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Drive sales and meet key performance metrics (KPMs).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
