Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to support management, lead a service team, and drive sales in a busy retail environment. You will train staff, ensure compliance with alcohol sale laws, and uphold safety and cleanliness while providing best-in-class service to our customers.

The role emphasizes teamwork, coaching, and delivering KPIs through daily operations, merchandising, and front-end leadership to foster a knowledgeable store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ year of proven supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving issues.
• Supervise team members and support training and development in product knowledge and sales skills.
• Ensure adherence to laws and regulations related to sale of alcohol and maintain a safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Support store operations and help build a sales and service culture to deliver best-in-class service.
