Total Wine & More in Copperfield, TX is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations and cultivate a sales and service culture focused on best-in-class service. You will lead a team, assist with training, and help achieve key performance metrics while ensuring compliance with alcohol regulations and maintaining a safe, inviting store atmosphere.

You will report to store management and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop team members and coach peers.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver best-in-class service and resolve customer issues.
• Supervise front-end operations, merchandising and service delivery.
