Job summary

Kate Spade New York is seeking a Supervisor to lead a high-energy, customer-first sales floor. You will drive store productivity, coach staff, manage onboarding, and elevate service, selling behaviors, and operations to deliver exceptional in-store and omnichannel experiences.

You will build client relationships, target VIP retention, and oversee cash handling and inventory integrity while modeling brand standards and an inclusive, diverse culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong English language proficiency and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to a fast-paced luxury retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal sales while leading the team to meet sales and KPI targets; analyze metrics to improve results.
• Build client relationships through proactive outreach and high service standards; drive VIP retention.
• Coach and develop team, support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, POS transactions, inventory and stockroom organization.
• Lead omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives and data capture for loyalty growth.
