Kate Spade New York is seeking a Supervisor to support store leadership and create a customer-first, high-energy sales floor. You will lead by example, coach the team, and elevate service, selling behaviors, and operational excellence.

Key duties include driving sales and KPIs, building client relationships for VIP retention, managing opening/closing procedures, cash handling, inventory, and overseeing omni-channel initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Social media literacy and understanding of platform trends.
• Comfort with omni-channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems.
• Strong English language proficiency. (for EU)
