Job summary

Kate Spade New York is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a high-energy sales floor and deliver exceptional service. You will drive sales, coach a diverse team, and uphold brand standards while ensuring operational excellence.

You’ll manage opening/closing procedures, oversee stock and omni-channel initiatives, and foster an inclusive culture that empowers staff to deliver memorable client experiences and repeat business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management or floor leadership experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Comfort with omni-channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by leading the team to achieve KPI targets.
• Build client relationships and ensure exceptional in-store experiences.
• Coach team, support recruitment, onboarding, and development.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS, and inventory.
• Lead omni-channel and live-stream selling initiatives.
