Kate Spade New York is seeking a Supervisor to lead a high-energy, customer-first sales floor, elevating service and operations while upholding brand standards.

You will coach a team, recruit and onboard, manage cash handling, inventory, and omni-channel initiatives, including live-stream selling and clienteling to grow loyalty.

Strong communication, luxury retail experience, and a flexible schedule are required, with the ability to lift items and work nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail management or floor leadership, luxury/premium preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and proactive.
• Proficiency with MS Office and omni-channel tools; ability to engage clients.
• Strong English language proficiency and reliability for a flexible schedule.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and move around a busy retail floor.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal and team sales while achieving KPI targets and analyzing results.
• Build client relationships, provide exceptional service, and drive VIP retention.
• Coach, recruit, onboarding, and ongoing development of staff.
• Perform opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and POS operations.
• Lead omni-channel initiatives including live-stream selling and data capture.
