Qualifications

• 2+ years retail management or floor leadership experience in luxury/premium retail.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Excellent English language proficiency.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Comfort with omni-channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive store productivity and profitability through coaching and goal setting.
• Lead client development and VIP retention; build relationships.
• Supervise opening/closing procedures; cash handling and POS.
• Analyze sales metrics and implement best practices.
• Promote omni-channel and live-stream selling initiatives.
