Job summary
Kate Spade New York is seeking a Supervisor to lead a high-energy store team. You will drive sales, supervise the floor, and coach associates to deliver exceptional service and adherence to brand standards.
The role emphasizes client development, inventory control, and operational excellence, with a focus on omni-channel initiatives and live selling to strengthen VIP relationships and repeat business.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in retail service leadership (luxury/premium or comparable).
- Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and multi-tasking.
- Ability to lead a team on the sales floor and coaching.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Comfort with omni-channel and virtual selling tools and clienteling systems.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and KPI targets by leading the team and analyzing metrics.
- Coach, recruit, onboard, and develop team members; model service behaviors.
- Supervise opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and POS transactions.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and organize stockroom; ensure floor replenishment.
- Lead omni-channel initiatives and live selling; grow loyalty and VIP engagement.
