SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor to lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach team members, manage sales floor performance, and ensure our standards and policies are consistently applied.

This role emphasizes inclusivity, brand values, and operational excellence on every shift. You will partner with leadership to drive results, oversee inventory and floor updates, and support training for new hires in a fast-paced retail environment in Palo Alto.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coach for selling behaviors, product knowledge and styling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build an inclusive culture.
• Proven track record in achieving store KPIs and driving results.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset, delivering warm, personalized service.
• Drive performance as Sales Floor Captain through zone management and coaching.
• Oversee daily operations, cash handling, opening/closing, and store cleanliness.
• Coach team members on selling behaviors, product knowledge, and styling support.
• Provide feedback and growth opportunities, fostering learning agility.
• Facilitate training/onboarding for new team members and uphold standards.
• Maintain product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Monitor sales performance, set goals with the team, celebrate wins.
• Collaborate with leadership to manage inventory, visuals, and availability.
• Communicate openly to inspire a positive, inclusive culture.
