Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead daily sales floor operations, model exceptional customer experiences, and foster an inclusive, high-performing team. You will coach Team Members, manage open/close procedures, and keep visuals and stock up to brand standards.

You\'ll drive results by monitoring KPIs, guiding restocks, and delivering feedback that develops talent while maintaining a warm, customer-obsessed environment across shifts.

• Previous supervisory or management experience in retail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Use sales data and feedback to improve team performance and drive results.

• Must stand and be active during the shift; lift up to 40 pounds; open availability incl. evenings/weekends/holidays/OT.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset by delivering warm, personalized service on the floor.
• When assigned as Sales Floor Captain, drive performance through coaching and motivation.
• Ensure daily tasks are executed with Operational Excellence, including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Coach Team Members on selling behaviors, product knowledge, and styling to connect features to needs.
• Deliver feedback and support growth moments by encouraging Learning Agility.
• Help train and onboard new Team Members; reinforce standards and policies.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Assist leadership in achieving store KPIs; track sales, set goals, celebrate wins.
• Monitor inventory levels, visual standards, and product availability throughout the day.
• Communicate openly with the team to foster an inclusive culture.
• Resolve customer issues with empathy, speed, and ownership.
• Support daily action plans, zone assignments, and shift recaps with Store/Assistant Leaders.
