Job summary

SKIMS seeks a Supervisor to drive daily results on the sales floor and lead moments that deliver excellent customer experiences. You will coach Team Members in selling, product knowledge, and styling, while upholding SKIMS standards and brand values across shifts.

In this role you will manage daily operations, assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and store cleanliness. You will motivate the team, monitor KPIs, and help create an inclusive, high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role in retail.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a customer-obsessed mindset, delivering warm, personalized service on the floor and model those behaviors for the team.
• When assigned as Sales Floor Captain, drive performance through zone management, coaching, and team motivation.
• Ensure daily tasks and operational priorities are executed with Operational Excellence, including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and store cleanliness.
• Coach Team Members on selling behaviors, product knowledge, and styling to connect features to customer needs.
• Provide feedback and support growth moments by encouraging Learning Agility within the team.
• Facilitate training and onboarding of new Team Members; reinforce standards, brand values, and store policies.
• Maintain product knowledge and support product launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Assist leadership in achieving store KPIs, tracking sales, setting goals, and celebrating wins.
• Partner with leaders to monitor inventory levels, visual standards, and product availability.
• Communicate openly and respectfully to inspire a positive, inclusive culture.
• Resolve customer issues with empathy, speed, and ownership.
• Support daily action plans, zone assignments, and shift recaps with Store and Assistant Leaders.
