Job summary

SKIMS is hiring a Supervisor to lead the sales floor and model exceptional customer experiences in Glendale. You will coach Team Members in real time, drive daily results, and maintain high standards for operations and visual presentation.

In this role you’ll manage open/close routines, cash accuracy, and inventory coordination while supporting product launches and restocks. A passion for the SKIMS brand and inclusive culture is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor with a customer-obsessed mindset and model behavior.
• When assigned as Sales Floor Captain, drive performance through coaching.
• Execute opening/closing tasks, cash handling, and store cleanliness.
• Coach team on selling, product knowledge, and styling to meet customer needs.
• Provide feedback and support growth moments; onboard new team members.
• Maintain product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Monitor sales performance and help achieve store KPIs; celebrate wins.
• Collaborate with leadership to manage inventory, visuals, and availability.
• Communicate openly to foster an inclusive culture and resolve issues promptly.
