SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor to lead the sales floor with a customer-obsessed mindset. You will coach team members, manage daily operations, and ensure excellent customer experiences while upholding brand values.

You will drive KPIs, oversee training, and collaborate with leadership to maintain visual standards and inventory control. The role requires prior retail supervisory experience, strong communication, and a passion for inclusivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a customer-obsessed mindset, delivering warm, personalized service.
• As Sales Floor Captain, drive performance through coaching and motivation.
• Ensure daily tasks and opening/closing procedures are executed with operational excellence.
• Coach team members on selling, product knowledge, and styling to meet customer needs.
• Provide feedback and grow team members through learning agility.
• Assist onboarding and training of new team members and uphold standards.
• Maintain product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Track sales performance, set goals with the team, celebrate wins.
• Monitor inventory levels, visual standards, and product availability.
• Communicate openly to foster an inclusive culture and resolve issues promptly.
