Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers with personal contact and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff management.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, and ensure daily readiness.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and restocking.
• Perform maintenance like cleaning and stock room upkeep.
