Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact with guests.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure effective performance and service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for quick floor placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty handling store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures including cash, doors, alarms, and daily setup.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, performance, and service.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and recovery efforts.
• Performs general store maintenance and cleanliness.
