Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure associates provide WOW customer service and train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure quality customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty and oversee store operations and staff.
• Open or close the store, manage cash, doors, alarms, and daily setup.
