Job summary

Five Below is seeking an enthusiastic hourly supervisor to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You will help train crew, supervise associates, and ensure smooth opening/closing duties in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew members wow the customer and train on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations, staff management, and urgent issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and ensure smooth daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service improvements.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
