Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are WOWing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Helps oversee the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring effectiveness and customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast floor placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, responsible for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Manages opening/closing of the store including cash, doors, alarms, and daily setup.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Performs store maintenance and housekeeping.
