Formación

• 2+ years of customer-facing or sales experience
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced store environment
• Notary license is preferred
• Good organizational skills and problem-solving abilities

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervisory oversight to a team of advice and service colleagues to meet store objectives
• Lead daily operations of teller and platform teams while ensuring compliance
• Monitor workflows and delegate tasks to staff
• Manage risk, cash handling, and fraud prevention in-store operations
• Engage customers about loan products and assist with applications meeting NMLS requirements
• Coach the team on delivering effective customer service and product advice
• Utilize CRM tools to support customer relationships and campaigns
