Job summary

TD Bank is seeking a Store Supervisor in Fairless Hills, PA to oversee day-to-day activities, ensure compliance with policies, and drive operational excellence in the teller, platform, and customer service areas.

You will coach a team, manage workflows, protect customer information, and contribute to achieving sales and service objectives while maintaining regulatory standards. A HS diploma is required; 2+ years in customer-facing roles; NMLS may be required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• 2+ years related experience working with customers and/or sales in any capacity.
• Notary License (preferred).
• Previous supervisory or demonstrated ability in providing direction, decision making, coaching Oversight of Customer Service.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed Customers' expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervisory oversight to a team of advice and service colleagues to achieve store objectives and legendary customer experiences.
• Leads day-to-day team leadership and work direction for timely, compliant service and advice activities.
• Monitors teller and platform workflows, prioritizes tasks and delegates duties.
• Drives operational excellence in cash handling, vault management, and risk controls.
• Engages customers about products, facilitates applications, and maintains NMLS registration where applicable.
• Coaches the team on delivering effective customer service and consultative advice.
