Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in customer service or related fields, with the ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced setting. Part-time, with benefits for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and monitor store environment.
• Excellent communication with customers and co-workers; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and high-risk areas to reduce theft opportunities.
• Greet customers with a warm, confident, and energetic greeting at every interaction.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Support training of associates on shortage reduction programs and processes.
